Through my own experiences of battling a dysfunctional relationship with food as a young dancer, going on a 15 year journey of holistically healing my Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, and navigating the busy and unpredictable life of a business owner, I have an intimate understanding of the many challenges my clients go through while trying to accomplish their goals.
Whether it’s a lack of time and energy, frustration with ineffective programs, limiting beliefs, or just feeling over worked and overwhelmed that is getting in the way, I do my best to meet my clients where they are in their journey, and help them get unstuck.
