But I wanted to come on the blog today and expand a bit on the importance of detoxing, specifically from heavy metals.

1. Viruses and bacteria feed on heavy metals.
I don't think I need to explain why this is bad. We want to support our body in fighting these unwanted invaders, not feed them a gourmet meal.
2. They put a huge burden on our immune system.
So while we all should be extremely conscious of keeping our immune system strong, (for obvious reasons), you should be especially mindful of heavy metal detoxification if your immune system is already under distress.
